Canada’s big banks rake in so much interest money it’s sickening. The banks want the economy to suffer so more borrowing can be done. It works at odds with societal progression for the citizenry. In retrospect, we sure fucked up by choosing capitalism…
The earth is an ecology and the universe is natural but a token that mankind created to represent “value” rules all.
To all of it’s citizens. But to our most vulnerable first, which includes all of the hinterland. Food, water and shelter should be a basic human right for all citizens under the charter.
I’m not sure if it is a ‘slippery slope’. It sounds more like a fixed plan.

I’m almost to the point of thinking that we should abandon business altogether. It seems like it’s bad for most of the populous as well as the earth’s environment. If we only had some sort of fancy calculating machinery that could effectively manage resources.
How about this one? We could join an international house building cabal. Offer affordable housing to the homeless and then get the hell out before we are attacked by the evil, war/money cabal.

We had to draw provinces in Grade Three. I got Saskatchewan and still got a ‘C’.
I’m old so do not spend money on music anymore. I listen to my old stuff on vinyl or CD. I used to purchase 8-track tapes, cassette tapes, vinyl records and then CD’s. Did the ‘Columbia House’ thing first with LP’s in the 80’s then with CD’s in the 90’s. For a while I was downloading lots of old stuff under the guidance of Edward Teach. My content is about half Canadian, half everything else.
Capitalism does not allow for “values”.
They are similar in that they subsist on oil, cattle and farmland.
Those are the things he knows best so why wouldn’t he play in his own wheelhouse.
