Ah, you’re correct (sadly). Now that you mention it I remember the NDP voting in favour for that which is depressing to say the least

So did I 🥲

I was never excited for Carney (and the Liberals’ continuation of power), but I really didn’t think they’d anger me as much as they have been*. Yes, I’m happy we don’t have PP in power, but at times it’s feeling like we may as well have reached the same outcome minus the culture war shit.
I really hope the NDP makes a strong comeback**
Edit (corrections):
*Apparently it was not a bill put forward by Liberal MPs
**The NDP actually supported the first bill of this kind so they’re not much help in this situation

If it means Galen Weston Jr loses a tiny bit of money, it’s worth it IMO. I’d be petty enough to spend $50 if it means Loblaws had to send me $25.
But for real, it’s a class action lawsuit claim for compensation so I’m not really surprised it asks for identifying information
Tabarnak j’ai perdu le jeu aussi
I’ve been using Plasma on Wayland with an RTX 3070ti for a couple years without any issue (excluding the one program I mentioned in another comment here)
The only program I have issues with is CrealityPrint and I could just switch to X11 when I need it but instead I just switched entirely to PrusaSlicer. I find everything else works a lot better, especially in terms of cleanly handling fractional scaling

What if the ABI/API compatibility stays the same? I don’t really follow Linux development that closely but has that been an issue with the current progress made with Rust in Linux?
I don’t write Rust but I don’t really see the problem as long as things are tested properly and development moves slow enough as to not break things

May I ask why you consider it a tumour?

Got your reply as a notification without any context and was wondering wtf I said lol, but seriously, agreed

lmao even
Thank you for the correction, I’ll update my comment
