I have never done this, and I’ve been on long term sick leave for 15 years due to my executive disfunction/action paralysis. I have gone months without changing bedclothes but not once taken them off without having clean ones to put on at the same time.
I’m pretty sure this is a problem from something else and not what’s stated.
