7 days agoAbsurd levels of snacking/grazing throughout the day, copius stimulants and writing/journaling seem to help, although some of those coping mechanisms are self destructive in a way. I need to replace snacking with some gym/martial arts or something so I can feel physically good as well as mentally and I’ll probably be good.
I used to be chronically early to everything because I would set aside like an hour for a 15 minute drive and wonder why I had no time to do anything during the day. Now I’m a bit better at timing appointments and things just right, but I’m usually about 5 minutes late rather than 45 minutes early to things. Typically nobody cares if you are a little late, shit happens.
