    8 comes close to me last night.

    Snow starts at noon, by 130 we decide we should leave for the 3 hour drive home.

    10pm, after 7ish hours of driving, 5 hours of darkness and 6 inches of snow, passing cars spinning off the road, carefully picking lines around accidents to avoid deep snow, assisting two drivers with a jump-start and a gallon of gasoline, and a very slow ascent up a steep hill while tires screaming to be replaced… We are home.

    And that was after me not being able to sleep since 1130pm the night before due to insomnia.

    It’s been a fun 36 hours.
